Happened just a few minutes ago.

I did like him in the Patriot before I started boycotting Mel Gibson movies.

DAMN! I did like his acting.

If it is drugs, he's a year past "famous age".

Damn, this is kinda shocking! I loved his acting, he was very talented and had a brilliant future

It's too bad. I read on TMZ it may be suicide by pills. I've had a family member go this way (before I was born). On the outside it seems like he had everything going for him but you never know what people like him are thinking (assuming it was suicide).

His portrayal of The Joker will be much more surreal and creepy in light of this.

That's a hilarious movie... never got around to seeing Humpback Mountain but I'm sure it was good too. Great actor... RIP

Really sad. He was a great actor. I'm looking forward to the Batman movie.

Very sad. Got this news from my brother on my drive back from LA. Stinks cause during the movie it will take some people out of the new batman just thinking about how he is dead.

I'm still excited to see the movie though as I really dug the Batman style that was presented in Batman Begins.

What a shocker. I was just beginning to dig his acting. I did'nt go see the Broke back movie because I did'nt get my movie buzz going..... But I will go see the Batman one for sure RIP Heath

I have no interest in seeing Brokeback either :) There is just something about that movie that makes me a bit uncomfortable. :)

Bummer, i really liked the guy ( as someone mentioned it will be pretty weird to watch joker being played by a dead dude....ironic i would say )...also i agree with Greenie - almost made it to the 27 club

Can't believe it what a waste of a young life, may he rest in peace :(
