Until Fonz gives you a reply, try rereading his rules. Pay close attention to this one:
20. Keep your .html files in the same directory as your index.html file

This is ok:

Lucious, I'm not trying to be an asshole here but your gallery pages don't have the same look&feel like your index and main page. They seem to be 2 pages designed another time as the two other pages. It's really not that big of a problem but it just doesn't feel right... Other days I might have let this one slip but today I was in a foul mood :)

Thanks for the quick review, notification, and explanation. If only all list owners showed the same consideration...

I'm not sure if there's anything I can do to fix this, really. Prehaps change the background to match or something...wait till you're in a better mood...perhaps...:). If you know of anything specific I can do, let me know, otherwise i'll catch you on the next submission.

Hey Fonz, I submitted an application the other day and then noticed after I submitted, that you wanted the recips already in place on the free sites sent as samples...I didn't do that...sorry...do you want me to resubmit my trusted submitter application or add the recips to the site?

You don't have to have the recips in place, that's just an old rule from back in the days when I was young and ignorant :)
I didn't find your application so it's suggested that you send another one if that's not too much to ask :)
