Just a little work and some grocery shopping for tomorrow in store today.

Another day of precisely zero work. Going to the Krewe of Gemini parade in Gulfport about noon to fight for a good catch spot for the parade that kicks off at 2. Gonna eat a buncha groceries and catch a buncha goodies then come back and fire up the grill for some country style ribs, potato salad, baked beans and garlic cheesy jalepeno bread and get plenty of rest for the Pass Christian parade tomorrow.

First things first, though. Gotta cook an energy rich breakfast of sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, grits, pecan praline coffee and a big batch of Mardi Gras marijuana, with a huge slice of king cake on the side for dessert.

Looking to be a rainy day so I guess it will be a day of indoor type stuff.

Going to the gym in a bit and then probably just a day of work and errands.

morning all:) well midday here, i didnt slept very well, my moron daughther who was spending the night at her friends house phoned me at 2.30 after midnight to tell that it was "snowing outside"....well very interesting you little rat, do you know what time it is? she had to laugh and said "so what oldie?" , nice my 13 year old daughter calls me "oldie" |cry|
She didnt slept all night because she and 5 other of her friends played all night games on the xbox360 and the wifi, lol on this moment she is at home asleep:D
Some years ago she did the same at schoolcamp, that time she phoned me at 4.00 after midnight to tell me she wasnt sleeping yet.|shocking|
Well i am glad she is home again, she is a pain in the ass sometimes but i prefer to have my kids in the house near me:D
Its time now to review some LLs and Tgp's and then my puter will go in downloading position again (downloading all my sites from several hostings to my puter), while puter does the work i will keep myself busy with laundry and watching movies with the kids.

Haven't done a whole lot of work the past few days. Today maybe I will, maybe I won't. Finished off some painting and other work in the basement. Super Bowl tomorrow.

Hey all, well im in estrogen hell...MY step-daughter had a sleep over for 4 f her friends, so I was in a house with 8 females...Im glad there's an upstairs. Now im off to cook breakfast for the crew.

Ice storm yesterday..no snow..rain overnight hopefully melted it away.
UFC tonight, with ex WWE wrestler Brock Lesner should be interesting.

I spent about 4 hours making candles last night - I think my grand total was 8 candles & one clump of leaked out wax from a candle that decided to piss itself out onto my counter.

Today I've got to put the final touches on The Pool House for tomorrow's big Super Bowl Party (and for those of you that were here last year & thought I was pissed at you for some strange reason, no one from out-of-town was invited this year - you are loved)

While I am getting a bit "earthy" these days, the main reason is that these fucking candle The Bitch buys are $25 each - so I scoop out the remaining wax once the wick burns down, melt everything & make new candles.

But I did get a candle making kit for my birthday - all soy - so I made some from scratch last night as well |thumb

I have a sick grandson. He came and crawled in bed with me this morning and is still in there sleeping. I hate when he is sick it breaks my heart. |cry|

I don't have a favorite in the game tomorrow, I just hope it's a close game down to the wire. I would like to see the Pats stay undefeated though.

Not much today.. except 2 trade shows so I'm out of here in an hour or so to make sure my minions are up and running.

I placed my grocery order online to be delivered tomorrow just in time for the game.

I think this afternoon the RugDawg and I are doing a Die Hard marathon starting with the original.

If you used quality self consuming soy candles you wouldn't have that problem. You get an even burn and they liquefy so that you get a full use of the candle to the bottom.

Tomorrow is the big day, the Joe Cain parade here in Mobile and I think I have everything together. Beads, stuffed animals and several cases of Moon Pies to throw to the crowds. I'll try and get some pics up of the drunken revelry...

I bought a cute thing last year that is a small lamp with a stand. You place the candle (i use ones that are in jars and pretty pricey) on the stand and turn on the lamp. It melts the wax so you get the scent in the room, but doesn't burn the wick. Turn the lamp off, candle reforms. You can use the same candle over and over, and don't have to worry about burning curious cats. |thumb

So are the soy candles smokeless like they say they are? I think it is cool you are making them. I haven't made candles in years. :D

Morning all. Woke up with sore throat and crick in my upper back. Have a tens unit on and the pain is about gone. Love those things. :D I don't want to be sick again, just went thorugh all that right before internext. So work today and lots of vitamin C.

Bright side to that preacher is you'll be the only one generating money as well LOL |headbang|
