My Shit List
 

Well maybe calling this my shit list is going a little overboard. But I am going to start trading some more links on moviefuckfest.com and before I started getting new trades I checked my old ones, and these are the sites that I couldnt find my links on.

These sites I traded category and index links with, my category links are still up, but it seems as if they have taken all the link trades they had off the index.

I'm hoping these sites just made a small oversight, and I'll give these sites a while to get my links back up before I remove their links.

Then 1 site who used to be a linklist and is now nothing but an ad.

I had index and category trades going with this site, and now the site is nothing but an ad. Guess this is the only site that is really on my shit list.

Sorry if I put this in the wrong forum, but these sites are all link lists. Also, I'm not trying to stir shit up, or put people thru the ringer, but I got all my trades thru GG&J and this is the only way I know of contacting them. I am actually amazed that of all my link trades I made on here, I have only found issues with 3 of them. Just shows that GG&J has the best and most trustworthy webmasters :)

Mr Exotic, get used to it. I've had so many trades pulled it makes me nauseaus, and some were members of this board in 'good standing'. I like to think they re-designed their sites and forgot to move their trades over, but...

For the most part I no longer do trades either.

sounds like I have lucked out only having issues with 3 trades compared to most of your experiences. Now I'm nervous about adding more. Index trades aint a big deal to take down, but getting fucked over on category trades sucks a donkey dick, thats a big pain in the ass to go thru and remove links in the categories.

I'm glad that you've found my link especially as I never pulled them. !! I haven't touched my links ever, so I don't know what happened. I've been making lots of changes lately including new host and new script so maybe my site was down or something when you checked.

I'm as keen as any other sensible webmaster that all my link exchanges should be permanent.

Good to hear. Your page was loading, but none of the link trades were showing up on your index. The area at the bottom where all your link trades are on your index wasnt there. Do you have some kind of include that could have been malfunctioning?

I use SSI for most things but not my links! I've been altering a lot on my site and swapping bits in and out so I can only surmise that my link partners list was left off for a short spell. I'm still anxious to get more ingoing and outbound links so if anyone's interested, don't be put off, just PM me!

I strongly suggest either thunder ball or links organiser. Both have saved me immeasurable amount of time.
