Tragic sales since 10th Feb 2008
 

My traffic is growing, my galleries are better, I use wide variety of niches and sponsors, and my sales are seriously dropped down in since 10th Feb.
Anybody experiencing the same?
Global Warming?
US Economy?
WTF?

My sales went up this month, I guess I'm taking all yours :D
No worries, this bizz has it's ups and downs all the times and it varies from webmaster to webmaster.

Feb has always been a slow month for me, even when accounting for the 2-3 fewer days. On the other hand, July & Aug are some of my best months, when everyone else seems to be crying about "Summer Slow Down".

As long as the sales decline doesn't persist too long, I wouldn't get too worked up about it. Just keep on keepin' on. |thumb

This month has been pretty shitty for me too. I've been alternating between average weeks and very shitty weeks the last 4-5 weeks.

All the other months have more days than February, which means it's always my worst month.

There's 4 months tied for 2nd worst :D

I was doing great the first part of this month, on a daily basis better than I have in a long time. Then the last week sales have slowed for me too. I'm just trying to work harder to bring them back up, all ya can do. Up until a few days ago, I was still predicting more income this month than last month, despite the fewer days....that has changed.|cry|

So far this month sales seem normal for me both from gallery submits/my tgps and as a paysite owner receiving affiliate sales.

Sales have sucked for me this month. Rebills have been down too.

Hoping next month will see a turnaround.

Sales should be one-twenty-eighth (1/28) better than in preceding Februaries of the prior four (4) years due to the Leap Year Adjustment. Unfortunately, the LYA is offset by the fact that we have an African-American Presidential Candidate campaigning during Black History Month.* The unheretofore experienced AAPC Effect magnified by BHM may indeed results in sales numbers that are either higher, lower, or even the same as in prior years.

* Why is it still "Black" History Month when that's not the 'in vogue' term anymore?
Or is it like Asian and Oriental, where you have to use African-American for some things but Black for others?

Last year mine were zero...so I think mine are up except I can't get my calculator to divide by zero....|huh

Things are always pretty steady for me. Of course my mortgage, phone bills, life insurance and all that other crap stays the same but there are fewer days to earn money in February.

The first half of this month was crap - I had to move new host , but things have picked up in the last ten days since . A couple of record traffic days this week . Not record sales though , but steady .

This month started pretty slow for me, but since the 15th it's catching up quickly, looking very well for a february. The sad thing is that, except in micro niches, conversions below 1:500 seem to be history, even with targetted traffic.

I'm slightly down on last month but still haven't done too bad.

The first week of the month was fantastic for me. But since the 9th or so everything went to shit even though traffic for me is up about 30%. But going over the numbers it appears that it's going to end up being slightly below average for me. That first week just got my hopes up.

I conclude that every single one of you should leave the porn business. But before you do redirect all your traffic to me so I can watch my bandwith rise and watch my conversions get worse. :D

At this point in the month I don't think I could even give away free handjobs!! I know I'm being dramatic and things will turn up again (they always do). February sucks-thats my two cents

this has been my worst month in 2.5 years i am not happy at all :( I think the economy is catching up to us if people don't have a house then they don't have internet or credit cards either. March better be great! :)

Wish I knew. I'm just now rebuilding my network of sites. :(

Yep, it's getting a little scary here, terrible month. I'm down about 50% from January with the same amount of traffic. I read on a few boards that Feb is historically a slow month, even in mainstream. Let's hope that's the case.
