LL owners... AVS / AEN question...

Was wondering for those LL owners who take AVS sites, is it ok to have 3 gallery pages with 10 pics each or is it still the 12 pic rule? And is OK for the pics to open on to its own HTML page with 1 banner or link out?

If memory serves me right, some linklist owners stopped taking avs sites due to pics opening in html. I could be wrong though.

For me if the AVS approves it I'm cool with it.
