Can I get a little help?

I have epass only and wanted to buy a lil' proggie for my mac, [$8.99] Leopard Cache Cleaner and Kagi says my credit card was declined. I don't have paypal... the folks at epass told me they always decline kagi, it has given them too many probs... it is annoying.
I'd pay it back in epass of course asap.
