A rainy day here and it's supposed to be nice and cool (70s then down to 55 tonight). I think I'll run out to get some chili fixings when we get a break in the rain.

Got a new recipe of fresh ground cajun sausage at Neco's yesterday and a big tray of brown eggs. This morning's chill seems fitting for a light healthy breakfast consisting of 2 eggs over medium, a batch of homemade buttermilk biscuits, 2 quarter pound sausage patties, pan of chunky sausage grease gravy, pot of coffee, and a glass of OJ.

Gotta run down to the flea market later and grab a few jars of fresh jellies and butters made by the folks from the Kiln. I think Jack ass jelly, pumpkin butter, pear butter, and hotter than hellfire jelly are on the shopping list.

Tip of the day. Eat a big breakfast every morning. We seem to hit that low energy period mid morning anyway, and if ya have a good breakfast in your gut and can fight through the low point, the energy from your meal kicks in and pushes into overdrive for the rest of the day.

Eating alot in the morning , for me, seems to cut out the munchie trips during the day, too. My gut is full of good groceries and deters the desire to go grab a handful of hershey kisses, piece of pie, or sammich during work time, thus cutting out junkfood caloric intake which goes straight to the ass and love handles.

And that concludes the happy belly tip of the day..
I'm not a doctor, just do a lot of drugs.

It sure stormed pretty good over here last night and the night before, we had hail a little bigger than golf balls. It's even SNOWING in some parts of Louisiana... Not where I am unfortunately, so no playing in the snow for me, but hey, maybe I'll get lucky and I'll get to see a few snow flurries soon :D

...my breakfast this morning consisted of a small bowl of granola cereal mixed with fat free blueberry yogurt, two slices of lite whole wheat toast with sugar free blueberry jam, a small granny smith apple, and a large cup of coffee.

Snow last night but not the huge storm going on this morning as predicted. Hopefully it stays away.

Another rainy day down here on this big sand bar.

Wow am I sore from yesterday. Spent all day yesterday doing all the fun stuff of deep cleaning a house with three bathrooms and 2000 square feet of floor tile before Christine moved all of stuff back in last night.

Just a day of work planned for today.

Our medical clinic scandal continues..with 4 more clinics being closed and a possible 60K people infected with HIV and/or Hep3. Once again I am happy i have no insurance. |thumb

Back to staring outside for Fed-ex to roll up. Hopefully the wonderous Candi will be by sometime this week to clean and hook up my new printer. YEAH.. |bananna|

Exactly! All week, these douchbags have been calling for a storm from Friday 4:00 PM thru Sunday 8:00 AM. It snowed more before 4 yesterday than it has since. And it looks lovely outside - not a flake in the sky. One douchbag said the storm "arrived early". Another douchbag recently said that we were in a "lull". This douchbag thinks weatherman & weatherwomen eat shit.

No big storm overnight here either. We only got a couple of inches... however it is snowing now and we are expecting over a foot, but high winds... so I'm hoping it blows right over.

DAMN I dont know if I've been coming or going this week. The old lady getting put on midnights has really fucked things up around here. I love my 4yo daughter and 3yo son to death, but holy shit they are starting to drive me bonkers. She gets home at like 7:30am, she helps get my daughter ready for pre-school, and says good morning to my son and makes breakfast and then goes to bed around 10 or 11 in the morning. Other than that its just me and the kids since she sleeps until around 6, she has to be in at 8pm and gets off at 6:30am and has an hour drive there and back. My parents take them during the day on Monday's and Tuesday's to help out so I can get some work done, but I sure hope this midnight shift thing doesnt last long (they told her it would only be a month). It also makes softball nights a whole lot of fun since I'm trying to play and coach the team all while making sure my little heathens dont run off.

Today is my dad's 49th birthday, so we're meeting everyone at some Italian resturant that I hate (and is expensive as fuck) but my parents eat at all the time. So I'll be paying way too much for a meal I dont care much for. And I think me and the old lady are going out tonight with her brother and his wife if we can both find babysitters.

well you want the winter storm, you guys can HAVE IT!! We're getting royally dumped on here, I can't even get out to get groceries. Hopefully it'll calm down so they can get the sanders & plows out but this just might go on all day. Next week is March break for the kiddies so I was kinda hoping it would be nice weather so I could toss 'em outside. Oh well, they can shovel :D

My main computer with all my tools and messengers on it will be transcoding videos all day which takes up 100% of the CPU usage. So, I'll be offline all day. :(

Well it looks like I spoke WAY too soon. It's snowing like a SOB outside right now, heavy heavy snow. We had 17 cms last night (7 inches) but are suppose to get 10cms more today and another 20 maybe 30 throughout the night.
