Good Morning All :) As normal I got nothing :D

I's a dark overcast day so far but the weather peoples say it is going to get nice today.

Seem to be finally over this fucking everlasting nasty Cold so my hit the gym here in a bit and finally enjoy the new music that I bought for the gym a few weeks ago.

Besides maybe returning to the gym just another Monday mundane day of work and errands planned.

Good Morning. Well most of the roads have been plowed now so it looks like people can get around now finally. 51cms (20 inches) is a lot of snow over 2 days. Usual work for me today.

Got up early and had a cheesy trinity chicken omelette, pan of fresh homemade buttermilk biscuits, plain jane blonde gravy, and pot of pecan praline.
I called out several times for Emerald to come eat, but she didn't show, so I said fuck it and headed to the beach and gave the rest of the biscuits to the gulls.
Coffee and work the rest of the day.

Just back from big grocery shopping trip. Had put it off too long and was running out of important things like toilet paper and coffee (which usually have at least one backup onsite).

Both of those look very tasty. Unfortunately, I got a call from my doctor last week telling me to double my Lipitor after a recent blood test :) It is very hard to stay away from Bacon and all the good stuff.

I took the day off from the board yesterday & I have this feeling I'm going to pay for it now with a couple hours of replies & actual work :)

I spent yesterday doing what I seem to always do on thew weekends: watching hockey & making candles.

Yell & I are off to see the Sabres game tonight - he should be in a great mood since today is his 1st day back to work after tearing his bicep muscle (jerking off) a couple months ago.

It is 22C (70s F) today here Orlando. That beats -1C (30s F) back in Toronto.

I dropped my cholesterol 100 points by going back to being vegetarian, and taking some supplements that help lower cholesterol. If you want more info, pm me. :)

Morning All. Downloading a bunch of content I bought and getting work done. Beautiful day today, so I'll be out picking weeds this afternoon. They really went crazy while I was sick with this cold for 2 weeks, then had my brother visiting for a week. Other than that, just work. Have a good one all.

After a week of vacation it was back to the demolition and online work stuff again today. Going to do an hour of reviews and then it's off to bed since I'm dead tired.

tonight is a Napoli Pizza night for sure ... and now i'll have to order that bacon salt since RugDawg was peering over my shoulder and said "I want that"..

Jim: 800 milligrams of garlic and 1 little football size flax seed oil pill.. your farts will be killer but your cholesterol will drop quickly. Zinc too is also good.
