Just pushing your program regardless of the thread topic isn't going to get you a good reputation.... This thread is about CCBill sponsors only.

And my tip to the OP - don't go just by what is offered on the webmasters area. If you see a good site that you want to promote, it might be a good sign that they don't have tons of free content available to any webmaster (less saturation). Instead, approach the rep, politely, explain what you need the content for and ask for whatever you need. You might be surprised at the level of cooperation :)
