Tommys-bookmarks.com - Submission Fraud
 

Hi, I have been trying to email you (tommys-bookmarks.com) about someone who is using my email address to submit to your site.

So far today the following galleries have been submitted to your site using my email. There were just as many yesterday, if not more.

None of those galleries were submitted by me, I sent you a email about this but did not get a reply.

I have no idea where this person/people got my email address from but I imagine they try a variety of known webmaster emails until they get a "match" with one of your partner accounts.

I remember sending you a list of domains I use when i registered my account with you. Hopefully that stops them from being listed but it still disturbs me that someone would try such a underhanded tactic.

I am also concerned they are trying the same (identity theft) tactic to submit to other sites. I hope that is not the case and that this person can be dealt with by the community.

I take it you found out by getting the new submission email from tommy's?

Yeah that's right.

The past few days I have been getting the standard "thank you for your submission" emails from tommys-bookmarks on galleries that I did not submit.

This problem has continued and now my account does not work. Could you please reply to my email.

and now my account is not working at all, just sent 2nd email to tommy about it. Please take a look.
