Off to a doctor's appointment in a couple of hours. Besides that, not much.

Hoping for good news at the doctors Jim.

Just another day of work and errands planned. Been using this free online to do list to make grocery lists and other to do lists. It's made for the iPhone but can be used with any web browser. Since I've started using it I no longer forget items at the grocery store.

Cleo, that reminded me of one thing I miss about living down on the main island (Key West). Fausto's Food Palace would deliver to us there. We kept an online grocery list and checked off what we wanted as we thought about things and then sent the list to them whenever we wanted and they delivered everything that day or the next morning if it was late in the day.

Reminded me of when mailmen walked, and put your mail through the slot in the door, and when you knew you'd wake up to fresh milk and cream for your coffee delivered early by the local dairy.

Okay, time to stop reminiscing and get back to work on a project for the future.

I think that I have officially replaced coffee with Amp Energy Sugar Free as my 1st beverage of the day - it seems to kick my sleep apnea ass into gear a little better (but I'd give my right nut - which is the one that's on the other side of the pain - to be able to stay awake all day without stimulants)

My beloved Sabres are playing like they've already dusted off their golf clubs. I'm starting to think that I need to be really nice to Ramster if I want to see any playoff games in person :D

Other than that & realizing that I've gained 20+ pounds in the last 12 months, I've got nothing |thumb

I got nothing :( so good morning is all I can think of today!

Goodmorning all:) its 3:13 midday here.
The storm is gone and today we have sun...thats nice because in about a week or so spring will start.
Today i got stuck with my son at home, his school deside to give the kids a extra free day.....now my son normally plays all kind of games on the internet, like runscape but today he deside to bug me, he made me laugh alot ...but i also had things to do, so after finally threathen him 3 times i would kill him if he wouldnt leave me alone, he finally left me alone and i could do some cleaning stuff.
I wont be working and i wish you all a agreat day and eve!

Just another day of work..and watching big ass machines do stuff.

I order and have my groceries delivered. At least the big items and hard to find stuff. of course it costs 9.95 but it eliminates having to deal with the idiot cashiers plus it always has our last shopped list and since the last shopped it also our most frequent purchases, it makes it much easier.

Anyway.. have to roll my phat ass out the door for another day of schleping.

My work out I can tell already kicked my ass. My muscles are already in pain from it. ugh. Good thing I guess... Just walking right now hurts though. Compared to earlier in the week yesterday was pretty worthless as far as getting stuff done. So for sure today will be easy to be more productive. :)

well fuck that, we eat alot of ben and jerry's ice cream (paying a goddamn 4.99 euro a 500ml can here) here and i never noticed the cow picture like that....but then i think i am used to see smoking cows:D

Off to Denver in the 1-ton to pick up tipi fabric in a few minutes. Finished the reviews for the day, have to redo a few recip tables when I get back and still need to post the latest "sisters" on Bring Me Yo.... (sister, mother, daughter - fuck, I'm not all that picky):D
