RSS and unique text

For all those RSS lovers how much % of the text need to be changed in order to be considered like unique. If there is tool that can compare two texts will be really helpful

I would love to find a plugin that would analyze that, because it's something that's worrying me a lot lately. I just started using some sponsor/affiliate RSS feeds, and I don't want to get dinged from my SERP rank because of it. In fact, I'm thinking lately that it's not worth it.
