I want to try this site but i cannot find their partners program. I sent the email but didn't recieve the answer. Maybe somebody works with that site?

It's possible that they don't have one. I looked at the join page & got their CCBill acct number, so if they did have an affiliate program, the code would be:
http://refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clic...0001&PA=123456
But that link gives you an error, so odds are they don't have one.
