Court Grants Rehearing in 2257 Case
Looks like they are going to try rolling the dice after all rather than let the ruling stand.

I think this was expected - it'll be interesting to see how this round goes.
If Clinton gets elected I wonder if she'll try to suppress the industry? Maybe. |
