This doesn't directly answer your question, but it may be of some help.

There's a program called DTI Cash that has Korean and Japanese language sites. I'd always planned on redirecting my K/J traffic to those sites, but never got around to it.

Anyone know some programs with Chinese language sites?

Doesnt matter if you find programs that have chinese language versions installed - you have to find a sponsor that can bill the Chinese on their phones (which is how they pay for everything - they dont use credit cards generally speaking) - Ill post one as soon as I finish investigating it - that has a good market in China and does know how to bill them - just dont want to post something that might be a scam :)

Found this - knew I remembered something I was signed up for that could handle foreign traffic including chinese without using dialers:

They have landing pages by niche - and can accomodate different types of billing used in most countries - I guess my best use of them is with a "flags of the countries" type little ad like a lot of us use to do with the dialers.

I *think* Verotel can bill Chinese people using their phone, we have had chinese users in the past sign up via Verotel using some weird "other" payment.

Just to confirm what Buncha said: Up until about a year ago I was able to buy cheap Chinese traffic. Experimenting with it I found that I could make a profit by simply sending it directly to DTI cash. Although the traffic was very cheap (no one wants it), it is still pretty impressive that a sponsor can convert well enough that you can make money throwing traffic at them directly from a traffic seller.

HappySpanker: "Blackhole it"????? NEVER blackhole any traffic. However bad a type of traffic is, if you cannot fine an honest way to use it profitability, that just means you have not tried hard enough to find someone who will accept it!

China is now the worlds biggest consumer of (offline) porn, apparantly.

Think about it - for years, the Chinese government have adopted a strict 'one child only' policy, with baby girls being shunned by some families.

So now, there's a whole army of single guys out there with not enough women to go around...

A webmaster friend recently reported most that the surfers in a massive internet cafe there were looking at porn, highlighting an important cultural difference.
I for one have never seen Eurôpeans surfing for porn in internet cafes...

Abigail Hayworth, the author of an article titled, "The Baby We Can't Ignore" in Marie Claire (June 2001:72-73) was very upset at a photograph she took that stunned the world. The beginning of her article reads:

"This picture is deeply shocking, but we feel that such contempt for life must be brought to your attention. A newborn baby lies dead in the street, discarded like a piece of trash to the indifference of passersby. She is just another heartbreaking victim of China's ruthless one-child policy."

A few questions.

Would a gallery/FS submitter get blacklisted or banned for redirecting Chinese traffic? Anyone have some good info, links, tutorials for redirecting foreign traffic? Any tips for a gallery/FS submitter?
