This has been kicking my ass for two days now...time to ask for a little help.
XXX Blog Index looks great in firefox but in IE the right hand sidebar has .... well it's all fucked up. Suggestions appreciated |
Looks good in Safari.
|
Not sure if you've already got it fixed Walrus but it looks fine to me with IE 7.

but damn that means its an IE 6 problem. |
I just took a gander with IE7
I see a couple horizontal lines in your side bars that look out of wack Also noticed that your just wide enough for the horizontal scrollbar to load Sorry no suggestions I'm a CSS retard |
I don't know if this is bugging you in IE7 or not, but you might want to try a
list-style-position: inside on those LI's in the sidebars. |
Thanks Preacher that helped a little bit. At list it moved the bullet points to the other side of the line.
I gave on it for a little bit and took out the dashes. It doesn't break things up as well but it was driving me crazy. Basicly, in IE the right side bar is trying to start on the left side even though it has a defined width and is floated to the right. Where it runs into obsticles in the left sidebar, it puts the text to the right of the obsticle. If there is on obsticle, it runs clear to the left side. I doubt that makes any sense but... |
Ok, I got it solved. I probably did it a bone head way to begin with.
Basicly, I got rid of the sidebar container and created a leftside and a rightside and eveyone seems happy. |
