Cant submit to Link-o-Rama

Hi,
For some reason i cant submit to Link-o-rama.
When i click "Submit link" on "http://www.link-o-rama.com/greenguy/email.shtml", I wait for few minutes and then i get an error page.

Is there a problem in the submittion system ?

That's a known problem that has no solution. The script tries to access your website from my server & end up timing out :(

All I can say is keep trying.
