The same table the same class names in css stylesheet. He just replaced a few LLs. I do not consider this as heinous crime, but google definitely doesnt like it.

Why would google not like it. Just askin?

I suspect that SI feels there might be a ranking penalty for having a duplicate table.

I dont think that would constitute a penalty from Google IMO. BTW I'm just observing here.

To each their own, but all of his free sites look like they are barely morphed sponsor-hosted galleries.

I think Google picks up more on duplicate content and text rather than code, if you imagine all the template sites on the net that have exact same code, like this board and the millions of others like it.

Still wrong to just take code without asking though.

SI a million pardons I did not know using tables was wrong
That was one of my first sites each time I submitted I got a email saying blind links in my recips.
I went to greenguys looked at the niche I was promoting then looked up recently listed sites thinking they are listed so the recips must be correct.
I never meant any harm I am just new at making freesite.
I now know what a blind link is and I also know I was wrong.
Usseless warrior I never meant to sound smart assed All I meant was I hope to know how to build freesites and get them listed one day a million pardons if you have taken that the wrong way.
I don't know how to fix this issue I have taken the first step by being humble and apoligizing.It is late here now but in the morning i will rebuild the table so it don't cause harm to SI s site.
Is there anything else I can do to redress this issue?

If SI & UW say things are ok now, then I'm happy.
