How come it is so hard to get affiliates to promote your sites? I mean i am a brand new solo girl website www.ohsophia.com Wheres the best place to look for good affiliates who will bring traffic as well as sales. My site is converting very well but i only have a hand full of affiliates.

You need to offer something that the others aren't, and I'm not talking about higher payouts or anything like that. Something that makes your site(s) different than the others.

Sophie is a cutie, and the site looks good, but there are a gazillion other teen sites out there I could say the same thing about. You're in a very competitive and very saturated niche.

That's what I was thinking. She's a very cute model. Other than that - I've got nothing.

Yea my program offers 60% pay out rev share to all affiliates. I can work out a deal with affiliates who are getting tons of sales i would give them a higher %.

That's not going to gain you all that much. Higher payouts mean little if you can't convert the sale.

What I meant by different was in reference to the site content, something that make you stand out a little from the crowd. I have no answer for you as to what that might be. If I had those answers I'd be putting it into practice on my own pay site.

yea well shes been live for 21 days and i have had over 100 joins, the consumers like her. Its not all about statistics and that BS, if you produce good content and consumers like who the girl is and likes how she looks, it will convert. good affiliates can convert anything into sales.

No argument there, but you have to give potential new affiliates a reason to feel that your content is going to convert better for them than someone elses.

yes, some of my affiliates are telling me that its the best converting site they had, then others who can't get 1 join. Its all depending on where that advertise a Latina girl my biggest problem right now is tube sites, they wont let me upload watermarked videos i hate em!
