Does every links list send out rejection emails?

I send them and most rejection e-mails describe what's wrong.
I said most because I'm not always in a mood for that.
But that's just me:D

I will send emails if the site just has one thing wrong... or a small fix. Otherwise the person has to contact me.

I send rejection emails with what is wrong and add suggestions on how to correct the error(s). Otherwise, what is submitted is listed.
