Buying Traffic.. scam?
 

I have bought traffic for my main personal amateur pay solo girl site twoasoneonline.com and I get lots of hits on the index page and then nothing else. Could the place I am buying my traffic, just be complete crap or do I need to redo my index page for the 10th time? I use AdEngage. Normally the anchor text on my bought traffic is something like: "Hot Squirting Amateur Coed" or "Hot Squirting Nudist" We normally get thousands of hits on the index page and then like 30 actually take the tour (which may not be from the ad) and maybe 5 gets to the billing page. Any Advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

Ive never really had good results on buying traffic. Try comparing your index page to some of your competitors. No offense, but your index page looks kinda plain. The tour pics seem kinda small, Although the videos are nice. I think a lil bit of graphics or just something to make the site stick out, would help a lot.

Maybe the traffic is looking for fresh peanut butter cookies and not porn.

Thank you for your comments. I have looked at other solo girl amateur sites, but most of them are run by huge corporations. My site is run by me and my hubby and now adays.. there isn't very many left like that to compare it to. I did try to keep the tour pics small so that way it gets them to want to join to see it larger.. but the problem is they do not even get to the tour at all. It is like they expected something else... (cleo could be right..lol) I just don't get it. I try not to be misleading in my advertisements, but it just does not seem to matter. It is like they click.. see the index page and then just close their browser..

You mentioned graphics.. what sort of graphics are you referring to? I would like to keep my site looking as amateur as possible as that is the main charm of my site.. but I also do not want them to be so overwhelmed with things that they get lost and not understand where they need to go next.

You may think it has charm but 99%+ of those surfers didn't agree.

If you're not too far along I would suggest a better domain name.... trinitysquirts.com is available if squirting is your niche.

It depends on how much you spent and what you paid for?

Maybe you didn't spend enough or you went to the wrong place..

My best traffic has always been submitting freesites to Greenie and others here.

I've only bought traffic one time so I don't really have enough experience with buying traffic to say that much about it. I would just say experiment but don't go broke in the process. |loony|

hashbury and HowlingWulf are correct - your tour needs a major amount of love. You can keep your amateur standing while giving surfers a better tour and making a real attempt at marketing yourself. You need to state who and what you are above the fold on that landing page - and have a CONTINUE TOUR link up there too. All I see is a cute girl with a nice butt in a dark black and white photo.

Like the others i've always had better luck buying hard link ad spots from a very targeted source. I'm skeptical of most of the PPC/PPI ad brokers. It would be a good idea for you to compare other traffic sources prior to redoing your index page again.

I like your index page I think it is decent. But one thing i might change is to put the ENTER HERE link so that it is on the first page where no scrolling is needed. This can sometimes make a big difference.

Are you marketing to goth/tatoo surfers? I have a feeling your site would do well among them too.

PS-The top header pic is GREAT! I'd think it'd do well as a banner. I'll probably sign up and push some goth traffic your way this weekend. :)

If you haven't done so already, it might be worthwhile to check your server logs for the IPs and the countries where your traffic is coming from... depending on what you find, it could explain a lot.
