Hello I have a Stats Question

I noticed this

IP --- -- - -- Pages - Hits -- - BW -- - Last Visit
75.104.160.39 - 31 - 483 - 15.58 MB - 03 Oct 2008 - 00:38
75.104.160.36 - 30 - 532 - 16.10 MB - 03 Oct 2008 - 00:38
75.104.160.59 - 29 - 551 - 16.60 MB - 03 Oct 2008 - 00:39
75.104.160.56 -22 - 474 - 14.96 MB - 03 Oct 2008 - 00:37

This is 4 out of my top 5 Bandwidth user's For this month

It Just Strikes me as odd

The IP Addresses nearly the Same
Last visits all with in 3 minutes
and the Bandwidth almost the same on all

My Questions :
Is this Normal?
Is Someone Hotlinking to my site?
or maybe stealing Bandwidth?

Any input would be appreciated

Thank you
WildBill

You should always have anti-hotlinking in your .htaccess anyway.
Can you search your server logs for those IPs and see what he's accessing?

Most likely you're looking at a proxy server farm that's used by the ISP to speed up load times for their clients.

I do have hotlink protection set up on my control panel. BUT when I set it up I didn't have any Movie files on my site. I do now so I'm updating for movie files

Looks as if its the same person. If they were hacking you or hotlinking you'd be spitting out morethan 15 mb with each hit.
