Can someone tell me what is the difference between console and console free tour? And please tell m like I'm retarded.

Consoles are those extra pages that open up when you go to or leave a page usually trying to see you something, also called popups.

Usually console free tours pay less because it doesn't give the sponsor a chance to sell something else.

yea just as Cleo pointed out, they are pop-ups either on entering a web site or exiting... and as far as money wise, the difference is about $5 :)

Do the consoles work in getting sales? I usually stick to the console free but was curious if consoles work.

Depends. You have to bare in mind that with most sponsors, you don't get credit for any sales made from consoles. Very few of them pay you for sales made from consoles.
