He used to hang out here but I havent seen him since ages, and I just noticed his affiliate program is down - I hope he is OK

I haven't heard from him in ages and Trillian doesn't show a "Last seen on" date for him.

Does anyone know how long Chop's Cash has been down/missing/kaput?

I see some hits counted by CCBill yet in november but since I'm not checking hosted free sites on regular basis I don't know when exactly they have gone down

I know TPat did make contact with Chop back in October when he was looking for him. Maybe we can get Pat to stop by this thread with some update on this.

Thank you Mateusz and Simon. I guess I can point a couple of my domains over to my server that were part of Chop's program since it doesn't sound like it's coming back. I just wish he would have sent out a notice to affiliates.

Hey Chop pulled the plug about a month ago, I didn't realise he had active affiliates or I would of given a heads up.
Chops doing good has more mainstream work than he wants and is spending lots of time with his new granddaughter

I don't know if anyone was actively promoting the sites, but I still had links to hosted galleries and hosted free sites listed.

I guess he must have been willing to give you a better deal than what he offered me a year ago when I wanted to buy the program and rebuild it.

I'm glad to hear that ol' Chop is doing ok though. It's a shame he faded away from the community. I used to enjoy chatting with him.

This is interesting news indeed. I miss Chop, will have to check my links. I guess this means his hosted free sites index is out of action?

I own the domain and tour to Young Whore Wives, (designed by Urb) which was under Chop's Cash. I've uploaded the tour to my server and I'm watching to see where traffic is coming from so that I can attempt to contact the individuals and have them remove their links since it will be months before I re-launch it and it will obviously require new CCBill codes (assuming I even bother with an affiliate program). Last I checked, Chop's CCBill account is still live, so I removed the form actions on my join page.

When I started my link list I used hosted free sites from several sponsors and just recently started checking some of the links and found Chop's links to be dead. Now I have to find the rest and remove them. |cry|

And if anyone used the hosted filler freesites hosted at hfslinks (or whatever that domain was) those are gone as well. My script yanked them a while back. :(

I don't understand why he wouldn't have notified people and also tried to sell those domains.

I JUST got a notice from CCBill, which means Chop did too:

Doesn't matter. It's not like I would have seen any of it.

That subscription could be the Visa registration rebill that has to be paid yearly. Which means the program's sites officially no longer take visa.
