- pick an image
- crop
- color correct
- rename the way we need them
- upload or send by fedex

Do they actually have company's dedicated to making thumbnails?

There are some companies offering various services including cropping and such stuff

If you don't mind me asking,how many pics do you need thumbs for and what size roughly?

A couple thousand in various sizes
