Morning all. Yesterday, I had a mamo every woman dreads, the tech flipped up the xrays up on the lightbox, and I have a big white irregular lump in one breast. :( Now I play the waiting game for the radiologist to call back for more tests, and hope that it ends up being benign. I have been alternating since yesterday between faith that everything is fine, and sheer terror.

Today I see the Dr. for the rest of the fun of a yearly female exam, and I'm going to sic him on the radiologist to hurry him up. I'd like to get any tests done this year, where I've used up 1/2 my huge deductible.

Other than that, I'm going to try and keep very busy to not think too hard about it with porn sites.

Oh breatstest, well lets think good about it, the lump doesnt have to mean its a bad thing.I have to go myself next week for a female thing test, and damn do i hate them.

well it's snowing like crazy here! We'll probably get snowed in for a bit until they mobilize the city crew - thank goodness the kids got off to school before it got really bad!! :D

RedCherry - that is scary, I hope it all goes well. From what I'm told irregular shapes can mean cysts or fiberous tissue a lot of times, especially when we get older so hopefully that's what it is.

Yea, my mom, sister, and I have all had cysts, and I actually had some on the xray (they look like marbles, lol) but I've always had perfectly round ones, and they are not "white" because they are fluid filled. I'm hoping these are solid, but part of the fibercystic problems. My mom ended up having biopsys several times that were all benign for stuff like this, so keeping fingers and toes crossed.

Morning. I'm sick as ever. Of course this comes after thinking a couple days ago how I never have gotten really that sick this year. Figures. Taking more medicine and passing back out. Later I'll be just watching my netflix movies while trying to sleep more.

RedCherry if you have a history of cysts and also in your family I'm sure that is all it is. I have the same problem and always have to go back for further tests. It's a pain in the butt and the worrying is no fun either. Sending good vibes your way but I'm sure you'll be fine.

I thought we were having puppies last night but it was a false alarm. Zoey was trying to did a hole in the floor and was panting up a storm but no puppies.
