Any Company that processes Credit Card payments and also pays the afiliates ?
Like CCBill and Epoch... but the software that I will be using for tracking affiliates will be my own.

Also any ideas on 3rd party payment solutions for affiliates.I will be giving them the money and the company will manage all the payments.

The 'big three' would be CCBill, Paycom and Verotel. All offer integration and you are not limited to using one or the other, you can combine them. Some affiliates will not promote sites with certain processors, so, be sure to offer a tour that the affiliates that can promote that does not contain the other processors.

ccbtools.com, a previous board advertiser, does have a system that works in front of ccbill and gives you the webmaster/sponsor tools to run the affiliate program along with some statistics for the webmasters while allowing the ccbill backend to handle payments.
