Third Party Billing
 

What is a good third party billing company? My start-up business (escorting) needs to be able to take orders via phone and the web. I am setting up a phone system, so that callers can have the choice to aquire our services either by visiting our website, or to select a provider from a menu's list. Once they select their provider, I want the caller to go to a third party billing company. The caller will provide the ID# of the provider they want, and the needed information to the billing company, to place order.

It seems that the companies I've talked to only deal with online transactions. Is there any good ones that can process transactions online or via phone?

Last thing, after the transaction has finished, would the billing company be able to notifiy the provider that they has a new client?
