How do they trick google?

Ok this kinda pisses me off. I've had the #2 search term for a good shemale keyphrase and today I check it and now I'm #3 because of this entry at #2:

# [keyphrase] - adult tube sites
Using samomassazha you will physically able to handle the professional dental treatment development of the disease to [keyphrase] sweet which brain crust ...
[domain].edu/teaching/english/?[keyphrase] - 6k

And if you click the link you are redirected to a russian porn site not at all related to shemales.

my first guess would be cloaking.

You might be able to view cache of the page and see what google saw when it spidered. Alternatively, a meta-refresh/redirect applied when the useragent isn't googlebot or another SE spider could have been used.

Hm...the cause is the russian site's PR may be? Or some hidden dorways... I don't know...anyway interesting to learn the reasons.
