Trying to contact someone from SiteDepth Script

I've had one ticket in since the 6th, another since 13th. I can't add videos to the script any more for some reason, which makes it impossible to update sites with new videos or add new sites. I tried ICQing relouleco, but no answer. I normally don't take stuff to the boards, but they used to be very prompt in responding...within a few days, and I'm frustrated that I can't maintain my sites the way I want to right now.

I also went in to check on the status, and found the tickets closed, even though the errors havent been fixed.

Anyone know if the script is still being supported, and if so, their normal response time now to tickets?

from what I've heard is they have a big update coming out that will include an affiliate management side of things as well. So maybe they are busy with that? Regardless not getting an answer to a ticket in over a month is pretty unacceptable.

Good luck with that.

We had major major problems getting in contact with them about our script, or getting support, and even recently getting damn well anything.

I am not sure if its being supported, but if it is its very selective support from all the mutterings. Best start looking for a new script.

I own several licenses myself and its always been difficult getting ahold of them. Which is why I am eventually going to move to another system.

Well, I feel like an idiot, because I figured out the problem with the videos, so don't need to get a hold of them. Still can't solve the why can't I write descriptions in my galleries if I add them more than one at a time problem though, but that is not as critical at least.

I can't even imagine trying to move to another system, 1300 galleries on 30 sites, plus all my movies trying to load up into another system
that would take forever.

AJ from ElevatedX said they can migrate from SiteDepth with a lot less effort than re-uploading everything.
