Would anyone list mobile freesites?
 

I am trying to find out if any link list would list a freesite made to fit in an iphone. The only difference would be a max of 620p wide, and the gallery pages would list a quicktime movie version for iphone, and a wmv movie version for all other users. Each of the iphone vids would have a clickable link, that would lead to a second page where they would stream.
Is there anyone that would or wouldnt have a problem with this. I am also open for other ideas of intergrating the two togather.

I'd have to see the site to give you a yes or no. The few mobile sites I have had submitted to me, I had to decline because I can not open them in a normal browser. They were using a .wap extension.

The iPhone fits the page to the screen so I'm not sure if making the pages 620p wide is needed but I would list sites that used mp4 movies.

If the site only had the mp4 movies and not the wmv, you would still list it?

No wap extension, just regular html that opens in normal browsers.

I would like to only list the mp4 (quicktime) files, but i figure wmv would also be required untill a linklist opens a mobile type of category. I guess?

I'd be willing to accept them, and actually have been thinking of adding a 'mobile' category. I think for me the site would have to push just mobile sponsors or sponsors that also cater to mobile compatible content.

I've been thinking about adding a mobile category to one of my sites for a couple years now. Just not sure how many sites would be submitted, how to display them in a way that would make it easy to find what you are looking for, and what display issues might arise.

Maybe someone should make a link list or directory just for mobile porn sites. |huh

I'd list it if the description says it's a site for mobile users.

Been thinking about doing a mobile category too, but never get around to it.

I would have no problem listing mp4 only sites but would also list sites that had movie links to wmv/mpg and mp4 movies.

With the iPod being so popular and QuickTime being part of the iTunes install I would think that most surfers these days can view mp4 movies.

(At FoxyAngel we switched to mp4 for the member's vids sometime ago and the only issues were member's that were on systems too old to install QuickTime so now the vids are also available to be played in JW Player.)

Why not just monetize the links for yourself if no one submits.
