Where would you recommend i go buy content for freesites?

Depending on what you plan on promoting, I'd suggest you start out using sponsor content.
Many sponsors have great content, and some even give you access to the members areas so you can get content that's not overused.
And I have a feeling that it sells better, to have the same type of content, (and the same girls) in the freesite, that the surfer will see when he gets to the paysite.

Thanks for the quick response, I have been using sponsor content for the first few sites but I am just worried that my sites all of a sudden wont be listed because of it!

and on another note I want to promote cecash and they only have video content.

what ever the content you use...dont give away too much of content to the visitors

I've been using sponsor content for 8 years and have no problems getting listed.

Traffic Cash Gold, Fetish Hits and Silver Cash all have good content and are updated regularly

Sodo, CECash has TONS of video content. You can promote the same sites through their XRated Bucks program which has slightly different content and banners. And yes.. as SheepGuy just noted, Dave at WebLegal is one of the best around, hands down.
