Subdirectories vs. Domains

I have some content for some no name babes. I mean they have names but in the adult work they go by names like Cindy, Jo and Kath so there's no real SE options to the names. However, they have really sexy elbows and in thumb form they're very clickable.

I was thinking about making some babe blogs with this content but my question is:

10 blogs where "Jo" and "Zo" bring no SE traffic to the table, which is best?
  1. jo.sexyelbowsdomain.com, zo.sexyelbowsdomain.com
  2. sexyelbowsdomain.com/jo, sexyelbowsdomain.com/zo
  3. josexyelbows.com, zosexyelbows.com

Should this be on the SE forum?

I'd probably go the subdirectory route since the names themselves lack any SE value.
