Good Morning. Just getting up and going after basketball and a late night in the hot tub with a few beers. Work as usual today.

Netfix says that the new Dead Like Me: Life After Death movie is very long wait so I may just buy the movie from iTunes.

Doing the gym in a bit and then going to be spending the day working before watching BSG tonight, only five episodes left.

Well, we dropped off our tax crap yesterday. The accountant was not pleased with my quarterly payments, seeing as the ones I didn't miss were very short, but I can't send them what I don't have.

After, we went to the casino because we knew there was $80 in free play & $40 in food for each of us on our cards. After we blew thru that, we spent all our "points" in their Brookstone store on junk, some of which will be going on eBay tomorrow :D

Got up yesterday at 5:30am to non-stop blue screen of death. I finally had to accept I needed a new computer. So, I went and purchased a mother board, CPU, ram, a case and a new hard drive and built me a new machine. :)

Never done that before, and I was pleased that it was easier than I thought it would be, and I got a great system for a cheap price. |thumb All I can say is, if you decide to build your own, go with an Asus board, that makes life easier.

I'm glad I store 99% of my data on something other than C, because I got things up and running pretty quickly. Although I finally crashed at 2:00 am this morning, and woke up at my usual 6:30am. Hope I can take a nap later.

cool and very windy PLUS we got snow again! Lots of it. When spring arrives and it will be melting, we don't have to water the garden for a while :)

Morning.. late as usual..

At the spur of the moment yesterday we decided to schlep to the opposite side of town -- a small local casino called Sam's Town (in the same group as the Orleans etc) to see The Wrestler again before Sunday night. I still had to close my eyes through some of the more graphic scenes. I'm sure Sean Penn will probably win but Mickey Rourke was amazing. What we'd forgotten is that Vegas is "gearing" up for NASCAR here next weekend.. blah.. and the 1st race on Saturday is actually called "The Sam's Town 300" .. so there was a farking wait for everything. |banghead|

anyway.. we didn't get home until late, which resulted in getting up late only to find the batteries on my camera died. |banghead|

I had to check to make sure the calendar didn't say Friday the 13th.
