SEO friendly URL's no apache/htaccess (needs php)

Just thought I would share this with you guys. Not new to a lot of you but useful if you are ever stuck on a windoze box with php. I just bought a blog like that from somebody and it drove me nuts till I got this to work.

Still got loadsa space in my directory at www.atpornhub.com , and if you have some pics you dont want (you can chuck a small site watermark with your url on at the bottom of the pic) go to http://ratemysexypic.porngoblin.com and spam my ass. No spam in comments tho! Please... pretty please...

Your link to the article is a little fucked up.
Maybe one of the mods can correct it.

I'm struggling whether or not to do this on a project I'm building. Here's my issue

Search engines hate the ? and & bits called a query string. Your new url would be simply:

http://www.mongo.com/index1.php/show...-world/page/22
Seriously, is he implying Google can't read a couple gets from a query string?

I'm not talking about some crazy long amazon-type link, but seriously a couple variables in the query string can easily be indexed by Google. So what's the point of the extra code if I'm not expecting typins to those specific pages?

That script is useless.
