Well your H1 tag should be broken up into the three words unless you are targeting the long keyphrase 'bangindiangirls'.

Hall of Fame change to 'Bang Indian Girls Hall of Fame' etc.

thumbs are fairly nice.

blue text on black background not so good.

why the latina and non-indian banners/ads? thought it was indian niche tgp.

2257 page needs to be fixed.

I believe you should fix the width of your site, because it's too wide for my resolution (1024 x 768).

Play with the color combinations, tighten it up a bit, and create a multi-res. favicon. Keep up the hard work and it will pay off!
