Please list any bad sponsors:

As a beginning webmaster, and trying to decide on sponsors:

If you have had a bad experience, or found them really hard to work with, etc... could you reply back and let me know which ones to stay away from.

|devil| I see a great way to make some money here. I'm going to find a good sponsor who is suffering from the credit crunch and make a deal with them. Then I'll post a lot of lies here about them, they can sue GG for millions, and we will split the profit. :) :)

Just go by GG stats. What does not work for one affiliate might for another. Unless GG says a warning about something real bad about a sponsor. I do not think posting a list is wise here. Just my 1.5 cents worth!

I guess I should have worded the title different. I was just wondering if anybody had some bad experiences with not getting paid or things of that nature.

My advice is to always do a search on several adult boards and google before signing up to a new sponsor. And keep track. Some forums have separate boards to report cheaters or scammers. Many even (like this one) allow you to subscribe to the forum as an RSS feed. It's a great way to keep track of bad sponsors!

I also keep a personal blacklist. When I see BS from a sponsor I like to put them on the list along with a few words in summary and a link to the post that made me place them on my blacklist. My list of bad sponsors is huge but ranges from horrible conversions to outright fraud on affiliates.

But I will tell you two sponsors that I highly recommend as being excellent choices for affiliates: Naughty America http://stats.naughtyamerica.com/ and Kinky Dollars https://aff.kinkydollars.com/ (note: no ref codes). I'm sure there are many more as well. :)

Read their Terms of Service. If you have any questions about it or something seems unclear e-mail them. If they don't reply then they may not be worth your time. You should always read their TOS anyway. They sometimes bury stuff in there that they leave out of the FAQ like the ways they might try to fuck you out of a sale. All sponsors have specific criteria for voiding a sale (understandably) but some are more aggressive than others.

Search the board (using the Search feature) the sponsor's name. See what people have to say about them. Do it on other boards as well. do it on Google and append "affiliate program" or "webmaster" to your search query.

That's all I can come up with right now. My chicken wings are done.
