What a shit day yesterday was. It rained a lot (Pool House has water in it....again) with thunder & lightning popping over my house. Then the race was postponed & the Bills lost.

Today should be must less interesting..... :)

Not a bad day yesterday here, had some good chats with people about future plans and enjoyed OTB with everyone who was there. Then we had some rain move in and I got a couple of nap hours, which was great. Followed that with food and television, and I'm now up to date with True Blood (I was 4 episodes behind).

Looking forward to a good week, hope it's the same for all of you too.

Lots of catching up for me today after taking a few days off for the rather lame Internext event that I didn't even bothering going to on its last day.

Nice to see that after replacing most of my perfectly good storm shutters with new certified more expensive but no better storm shutters now the insurance companies are trying to eliminated the storm shutter discount. Maybe I should have just bought a big vat of anal lube instead.

Morning all. Sunny. Hot. Humid. It's finally summer in the O.C. Have some work to finish up and then I need to cater to the pool before it returns to its lovely tint of green from the rain and now abundant sunshine.

I was away from the net the last days, to spent more time with the kids and hubby, this week will be hubbies last holiday week (YEAHHHHHHHHHHHH:D) and the kids still have 2 weeks of holiday to go, but this week hubby and me wanted to get back in our working time mode, so no late staying up till 3 after midnight any more and no sleep in late in the morning any more.
Today i had a busy day with cleaning the terras and other things in the backyard with an mmm how you name it...that thing push high pressur water out of a stick:D it goes so fast that you get all the dirt of the stones and other things, is it named an high pressur cleaner?
Hubby wanted to connect the device for me but i was that stubburn and me said, "i can do that myself, its not that hard, put waterhose on the device, other end of waterhose connecting to the waterkrane (or whatever you name that), plug the thing and ready to go!". And yes all went fine, i was already playing with that thing for 30 minutes, till suddenly my daughter ran into the backyard and was yelling at me, i had to shut the device down to hear what she was saying and she said :|attention "MOM, I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING BUT...THERE IS ABOUT 5 CM OF WATER ON THE KITCHEN FLOOR AND MORE WATER IS COMMING OUT SOMEWHERE"!!!!
Well fuck that...for some reason i didnt connect the waterhose the right way on the waterkrane thing, so for 30 minutes already water was floating into my kitchen...........|banghead|
Useless to say that hubby|angry||catfight| |scared|with me and i may never connect that thing myself again..dohhhh|cry|
I can tell more stupid mistakes i made but this one was my biggest one of all:D
