A noob Webmaster, Master Videographer... Give me Advice?

Hi everyone, so I worked as a videographer for years and began a porn series, warmkiss.com . Everyone loves the videos... Including site visitors, my sales ratio is very good compared to what other webmasters tell me (my overall ratio is 1:155, about 340 on MGP traffic). But I'm not nearly as good at the web-based stuff that you all are. What advice can you offer a noob?

I need traffic/brand awareness... any advice?

=)

Change nothing - just promote your site more - those numbers are extremely good.

How often do you add new content?

thanks, we update about 2-3 times a month (quality over quantity). I would promote more but I don't know how. I have a few weak blogs that bring some uniques, and a few affiliates (who do very well I might add). How should I promote my site more? what are the methods?

If you are looking for more affiliates (as that line hints) you should add a link in your sig to your affiliate program. Back when I last had an affiliate program I got a good few affiliates from sign ups from my sig on various WM boards.

As to pulling in the Hillmans, the most effective I found for AVS is pic posting, so you may want to give that a try, I'm guessing it will also work well for pay sites. But you are going to need to spend a lot of time finding appropriate pic post sites, they are a dieing breed.

After that free sites designed to push your site particularly (ie content from your site and blurb about your site) was second best. It improves your conversions by (very roughly) 50% if the free site contains pictures of models who are seen on your tour.

If you really want more affiliates you should add CCbill as a processor.

If youre going to recruit affiliates, Id stick all the "resource" type buttons on the warning/index page and allow the affiliates to link direct to the tour page, as they are all very big traffic leaks.

ok that sounds good, I'll get the buttons on the warning page and not on the tour. I do also have a skim-free tour as it is warmkiss.com/tour.html but for each affiliate they need to link to http://www.warmkiss.com/tour.html?s=1280&p=2&w=YOUR AFFILIATE NUMBER HERE&c=0 to get credit I think (I assume that extra url mumbo jumbo is how Epoch registers credit)
