Anyone else experiencing Bling's spider in overdrive today
 

I was just checking some of my stats and noticed that Bing is hitting my sites extremely hard today. I was checking and noticed 99 hits from their spider. Checked back again to look at something else 10 minutes later and it was up to 219 hits.

Looks like either their spider has run a muck or their heavily rebuilding their index. Now it's just a wait and see if it is worth it.

Their spider makes absolutely no sense to me - bursts of indexing and then weeks of quite on some sites.

I saw the same thing in the past, but for the last few days several domains and blogs have received an increase in search traffic from Bling. They might have just got something right for a change, but only time will tell.
