Nasty HOTLINKER needing to be Blacklisted
 

This so and so hotlinked pics from a gallery I submitted for a design contest.. It was never listed ANYWHERE so it is a person lurking boards. (also why I didn't have htaccess on it like an ass)

I've redirected to a sweet picture of tubgirl so be WARNED.. if you click you'll definately know he's hotlinking by what shows up but your eyes might be burning for awhile.

I wonder if most of the cheaters are just teen-age kids who don't know any better.

Hey Tart, I've been meaning to ask you what you think of WSN links? I know you've been using it for awhile, so what's your assessment thus far?

Just curious.

I like it quite a bit and haven't had any problems once I got it set up. The version I'm using is missing a few features I'd like, but I believe are now available in the latest. I'm just waiting till they clean up the bugs up in it before I try to upgrade.. as I'm not a programmer I'm a bit worried about accomplishing that without breaking anything.

Keep in mind, I don't get the volume of submits or traffic as the larger lists tho'. |jackinthe

heh.. take a look at the top of the domain and go surfing.. every single gallery is using pics hotlinked from somewhere.

As someone mentioned elsewhere to me, it's amazing he didn't just copy the whole gallery, graphics and all... guess he couldn't afford the bandwidth for all the places he posted those too.

Thats cool, but I thought the point of .htaccess was to stop the hotlinker from hotlinking. Funny pics, but you're still using up your bandwidth.
