Google page ranks

Hey can anyone tell me what a tgp would need to have to get a descent page rank on google. My page rank is 0 right now and I am still a new webmaster and would like to work on that. my url is http://www.heavenspleasurepalace.com/tgp/ . All comments and criticism welcomed.

page rank is based mainly on linking. If you get inbound links to your site from a site with high page rank you will improve your own page rank.

Be aware that these are hardlinks im talking about and not encoded url's like toplists or your script uses.

A good strategy to simply improve PR would be to submit to high ranking directories that only require a link back.

Seriously - PR means nothing. Build links with relevant anchor text to grow your relevance. Have a look at any search on Google, and see how often a low PR site out does a high PR one.

Ignore PR - build links with anchor text relevant to the landing page.

I agree PR isn't that special. I normally go more by the Alexa Rank ( I know this isn't always accurate ), but if, for example, I was submitting sites somewhere, I'd rather submit to a site with PR0, Alexa Rank 100,000 , than to a site with PR4, Alexa Rank 10,000,000

I rather submit to a little niche TGP for a few quality hits than get a ton of non-converting traffic from worldsex

The more incoming links you will have - the higher rank you will get.
But don't forget that you have a lot of links gowing FROM you site - this will make the rank lower... Money will come from good convertable traffic but not from a good page rank ;)

The main point is that google uses a chart to determine page rank I have a link if anyone cares to see it.

If you have the correct amount of sites linking to you even pr 0's you will get page rank a 0 is worth .85 of 1 which adds up with enough of them pointing to you.

pr is built off a math equation known as the markov chain which larry page and sergey brin used to create pr ( markov was a math genius and it is used in predicting weather and for gambling)

Google was known as backrub which counted each in bound link as a vote for the site ,
ranking site can be done via many ip based domains and many class c's .

I wont ramble on any further .
