Hosts Hit With $32 Million Infringement Verdict
 
I've also seen a few threads on other boards about this.

PornLaw(at the zoo) suggests that this trademarks verdict is precedent setting, and can be extended to the illegal tubes. No safe harbor, they will have to police illegal trademarked content.|catfight|
