Getting started again

I've been working a little bit every day since starting back up again couple weeks ago.

So now I have a few basics down. Building a toplist and tgp site, building a basic free site, and building a blog site.

Now I need to dig in and start working the business. I was looking into a few tools.

What about tgp submitters? I found chameleonsubmitter, a paid service, and several free online ones. Some just submit within their own network, others claim to submit everywhere. I'd be interested if anyone can recommend a free one that I can try.

I'm a little confused about directories and link lists. Is there a difference?

What do people mean by hard links? Is that just putting their link on your front page and they do the same in return?

Someone said tubes are popular now, but I've also read plenty of controversy about it. Are they really any different than a mgp?

I hear tube sites are doing well. You may want to try protraffic to monetize: |spam|

You can go either way. Just try to focus on what you want to do and do it, non stop.
