Adult friendly PPC's with decent volume
 

Hey,

Looking for mainly 2nd-tier ones like 7search and goclick (no more).
Obviously they have to be adult friendly and push a decent amount of traffic. Will consider similar forms of traffic if you've tried it before and had some level of success.
