Is it good Or Bad?
 

I just sat down and worked on my stats for my own sites I own to see how the year was going so far. And this is what I came up with.

It has taken 3.7 unq's to go to my sign up page.
It has taken 534 unq's on my sign up page to make 1 sale
So it is taking 1972 unq's to my sites to make 1 sale.
The problem this year is the volume going to my sites. Its been lowest amount yet.
Are these numbers bad, fair or ok?|huh

Depends on your traffic source.

Overall that seems okay to me too. Really ratios these days are not the ebst I've ever seen that's for sure.

Now if you traffic source is SE and type-ins then not so good.

The traffic comes from my free sites and picture post that I build to advertise my own sites. So the uniques come from them. I just need more traffic to my free sites and my pic posts. I was wondering about buying traffic. I know its not the best traffic as free sites and pic posts. But I need to do something more.

so basically the ratio is 1:1972? Seems pretty 'normal' for smaller sites..or at least thats my findings.

What purchase traffic has everyone found to work for them?
I tried that one that offered free traffic for all of us on the board here. Did not have any sales from them. My niche is real amateur stuff.

Is your site receiving natural search traffic? Worth getting it optimised and build links to try before throwing cash at traffic.

Your ratios are ok - what you are lacking is traffic. But that said, personally I would not buy traffic.

I have a network of blogs, free sites, galleries, and hubs that drive traffic to my site. It takes constant updates, link trades, and new domains to build good seo traffic but you can't do any better as far as quality traffic.

i think you need, advertise in other forum, and give the link, think other great promo
