Well, I got as far as your affiliate rules.
"No text links"

As SheepGuy mentioned, you need to reconsider your affiliate terms... there's definitely some wording there which will stop you from getting productive affiliates. Including things like restricting to hosted banners only, no text links, no email at all, and what sounds like no newsgroup or SE marketing. Plus you say things like "Most other sites only pay you on the initial sale" which is simply not true, so many experienced affiliate marketers won't trust other things you say either.

And of course many programs pay more than 40% so you need to have something really good to get someone to promote it at that rate. With a membership at $14.95 you're offering to pay a webmaster almost $6 for sending you a surfer who converts...no incentive there at all unless the surfers are climbing all over each other to sign up, which they clearly are not doing.

Aside from that, your tour pages have several traffic leaks (maybe they're not on the affiliate version of the tour but I didn't sign up just to find out), and there is nowhere near enough on that tour to convert anyone before they get to your join page.

Oh, and many webmasters don't like the "TicketsClub" way that Verotel handles signups so they'll pass once they see that's your processor.

Bottom line is you have a lot of things there that need attention before you can expect to either make many sales yourself or get anyone else to promote your site.

I'm referring to JizmPlace only, since the toy store is just another white label from what I can tell.

Hope some of that helps somehow.

Thanks so much for the honest input. When I got into this I did not have a clue on building a site. The toy store and video site came as a pre made package. In the last several months I have learned so much. Maybe it's time to do my own. Simon what do you mean by "traffic leaks". As far as a processor I see alot of people use "ccbill" would that be a better one to go with? Again thanks everyone.
