Interesting to read the comments. This reminds me I should start up my WoW subscription again to see what's changed. I hope it's still fun. Horde 4 life.

I almost downloaded the free WoW trial about a dozen times now but never actually did because I'm afraid I get hooked up on it too much. And I already spend way too much time on those stupid facebook games. Damn them! :)

yea i avoided it. I know how much time i sunk into just txt based MUDs. A full graphic environment to go with it. that's like dumping gas on the fire. I already spend too much time playing quakelive.

I still haven't tried WoW or any other MMORPG since I would never log off and I hate getting yelled at by 12 year olds... But Star Trek Online looks pretty wicked.

I just got Fallout 3 for the 360 a few days ago and I have not been to bed before 2am since, just an amazing game.

There's an MMORPG like Fallout 3 called Fallen Earth. Check it out if you dare...

When Wrath of the Lich King came out I wasn't playing and didn't fire up my account again untill about 4 months into the expansion. Even with moderate play time it was easy to catch up with the guildies as far as gear and such. With the recent content patches Blizzard made it even easier to obtain 'badges' from dungeon runs to get decent gear.
From what I understand, Blizz wants peeps to be able to gear up easily for when Cataclysm comes out later this year.
So yeah, if you started back up, you'd be rockin' in no time.

I don't know why I don't have any interest in online gaming. It's weird that I seem the only person who isn't attracted to the game and the culture. :-(
