Stock market last chance for Adult Friend Finder ?

I know that it was mentioned that FFN " Friend Finder Networks" is planning stock market debut. But today edition of WSJ placed a interesting article of how this dating network company is hoping for a "bailout" for it's huge $471 million debt !!!
